The photograph is signed within in the image in the bottom right corner in black quill ink, and includes Curtis' copyright blindstamp and negative number (616 - 05) in the lower left corner. Framed in a period Arts & Crafts quarter-sawn or "tiger" oak frame.

In excellent antique condition, with a small area of adhesive in the bottom left corner. The visible photographic image measures approximately 9" x 12," and overall the piece measures approximately 15" x 18" including the frame.
